Still no contract in hand.
The bank (theirs not ours) is needing some additional documentation from the seller.
Hopefully something by Wednesday.
Have I told you that I am not a very patient person? Good thing our realtor, Carol, understands this and calls me frequently to give me updates. But I would be a much happier person if I had the contract.
