Under Contract

Yep, that's right, one month after "losing" the house we are finally under contract!! It was such a relief when we finally got the notice and I think I did a little dance in my cube at work :) The next hurdle we have is the house inspection, which we hope will happen next Wednesday or Thursday. Hopefully all goes well this next month and we close on the house towards the end of May!!
